• To manage your Account: To manage your registration, login, and subscription status (Free Trial vs. Premium).
• To enforce our Terms: To restrict editing capabilities after the free trial period ends, unless a subscription is active.

Important: We do not sell, rent, or trade your financial data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your financial inputs are strictly used to generate your personal dashboard.
4. Third-Party Services and Storage
We use third-party services to operate the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers:
• Google Firebase (Backend & Database):
We use Google Firebase to authenticate users and store your data (income, expenses, etc.) securely in the cloud. This allows you to access your dashboard from different devices or reinstall the app without losing data.

• Apple App Store & Google Play Store (Payments):
We do not collect or store your credit card or banking information. All payments for the annual subscription are processed directly by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We only receive a notification (token) confirming that payment was successful to unlock the app features.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal and financial information for as long as your account is active.
• Free Trial / Expired Subscription: If your trial ends and you do not subscribe, your data remains stored securely so that you can view your dashboard in "read-only" mode.
• Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time (see Section 7).

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Your data is stored in a secure cloud database (Firebase) protected by industry-standard authentication protocols. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
